Eating Mindfully: How to End Mindless Eating and Enjoy a Balanced Relationship with Food

One of the things that has made a huge impact in my life (and something I have to work hard at doing each day) is to eat mindfully. It is truly amazing how simply sitting and doing nothing else but focusing on the process of eating can be such a satisfying experience. This book helped me learning to ease into the practice and reaffirmed its important.
